By clicking an image this will be enlarged and you will be taken to a page showing only that picture with the full description. From this page the purchase process can be started; at any stage during the purchase an enquiry maybe made to Rod and Fin by email or by telephone. At step 2 of the purchase you will be given the option for the print to be sent to a different address than the billing address.

The security padlock symbol will show when you go to the payment gateway.

The charge for carriage will automatically be added to your order, please see About Delivery for these charges, insurance is included in the cost of carriage. Following your purchase you will receive an email confirming your order and the credit/debit card payment.

Delivery / Refunds

Delivery
We aim to despatch purchases within 48 hours, Monday-Friday. These will be sent by special delivery to your billing address, or delivery address if instructed in step 2 of the order process. We will send an email when your purchase has been dispatched. Should there be a delay in dispatching an item we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery charges include carriage, insurance and packaging.

Carriage
Carriage will be calculated from the delivery address and added to the purchase cost in step 3 of the order process.

Refunds
In the unlikely event of an item not being received in satisfactory condition please notify us by email at info@rodandfin.com as soon as is reasonably practicable. 

The damaged item/s must be returned to Rod and Fin within 10 days from the date the item was delivered and must be sent by recorded delivery, to the address provided below, using the original packaging. Subject to this, the item/s will be replaced.

If you wish to exchange or return an item please notify us as soon as is reasonably practicable. The item must be returned to Rod and Fin, in new condition, within 10 days from the date the item was delivered and must be sent by recorded delivery, to the address provided below, using the original packaging.  Subject to this, Rod and Fin will exchange the item with a new item in our stock of your choice. If there is a difference in value in your favour we will refund this amount within 10 working days. If the cost of the new item is more expensive then we will obtain your authority to debit your credit card with the appropriate additional amount. 

In the case of a return of an item, we will credit your credit card within 10 working days.
